Law in Contemporary Society

Personal Introduction

-- By ShayBanerjee - 29 Jan 2015

My mother used to tell me about the hardships she and my father faced immigrating here. How they had no money or family, started a life from dust, built a modest home, and provided education for their children. How, after all that was accomplished, the punishing blow of Stage IV cancer struck my father’s health and sent them right back into financial straits.

Law is my weapon to bring stability to this vulnerable world. Wherever people feel that, at a moment's notice, someone or something can take away the things they work for and cherish, I will prove them wrong.

But mostly they are right, and you can't prove them wrong. So that too has to be part of the education.
