Law in Contemporary Society

Personal Introduction

-- By RasheedAhmed - 29 Jan 2015

I came to law school to develop a creative and innovative way to use words in order to bring change. The experiences in my life have given me an appreciation for those who are able to effectively change the status quo with persuasion. For the past two decades or so, the country that I was born lacked any presence of governance. What ultimately drove me to law school is the goal to understand how to use words in order to solve the issue of governance in Somalia. Furthermore, I would also like to learn how to effectively use words in order to solve the various issues facing disadvantage members of our society.
