Computers, Privacy & the Constitution
This is most interesting. Do students have a right to privacy? If so, is such right completely subordinated to parental discretion and responsibility? If it were my son, I think I would first strive to teach him enough principles for me to trust him so that I don't have to resort to tracking him.
