Law in Contemporary Society

Personal Introduction

I'm a California Mormon. Family of nine. Growing up with six siblings gives you a pretty good preference for justice and the rule of law. I came to law school to get my parents off my back. I stayed because I discovered that the experience of learning law was every bit as empowering and exciting as my feminist aunties had promised it would be (Marjorie Williams, I'm looking at you). I'm taking this class because it promises more of the same, but with better music.

I like being called Jen, but Jennifer or Ms. Doxey are also good.
