I thought it might be useful to start a thread about the legal and privacy issues surrounding the recent events in Boston. We touched on some in class. Something that I find interesting is the social media presence of both of the suspects. Here's a brief summary of what I mean. We've spoken in class about informing on ourselves and others when we post information, pictures, videos, and the like online. It seems to me that these guys have informed on themselves in a big way and I'm interested to see what portions of this material will be used in forthcoming interrogations/proceedings/trials, etc.
