Law in Contemporary Society

-- ChristinaYoun - 17 Jan 2008

When I was in 4th grade, I wanted to pursue law as a career because I wanted to become a wise and great person who fought for justice - a protector of the weak and powerless. After undergrad, I wanted to practice law because I fell in love with the creativity and art involved in lawyering. Now, after a semester of law school and all the propaganda about joining a “good firm,” I am not sure what I want. I hope to find a way to reconcile the two and find something I will be happy with in the long run.
