So, yesterday the NYPD told people that were peacefully leafletting and picketing outside JG that they were a public safety hazard and that they had to move across the street. I didn't come to JG yesterday, and didn't know about it, but through network tools, the protestor's message reached me. I was reading the Bwog, a Columbia blog, and they had a post that linked to a youtube video of the NYPD confronting the protestors, right outside the door to JG. Apparently the protest was organized by Occupy Columbia, whose only web presence appears to be a Facebook page.

I recommend watching the video.

Here's the blog post.
