PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS TOPIC

For my Second Paper, I was thinking about writing about the FRENCH law that recently passed, that allows the government to cancel a citizens internet access in case of repeated copyright infringement. The direct effect of this is creating a liability of internet access providers, which now have to monitor their clients Internet usage.

Before I get too far, I wanted to have your comments on if this is something that would interest the class, and still be close enough to the subject matter!

Feel free to give me your comments, before I get started.

Best,

Marcel.
