If I knew what I wanted from law school (or from life for that matter), I'd be out there doing it right now instead of sitting here writing this.

My most recent interest is in civil rights.

Born German, European by choice, I have studied in Oxford, England and Regensburg, Germany. After completing my law degree in England, I worked in a law firm in Los Angeles for a year before pursuing an LLM at Columbia.

While there are no areas of knowledge which I find uninteresting, during law school I have (re)discovered my interest in civil rights and public international law as well as in strategies and techniques of persuasion, language and society.
