Some notes

I didn't expect to give so much historical background but I enjoyed writing that section the most.

There was a time I thought the Buffalo Commons might happen. North America would have benefitted for centuries.

I don't think there's much that can be done to improve this. An edit to make sure that all the sentences dovetail neatly would be beneficial: there are some rough spots.
