Thanks for the analysis, Patrick. On the Wiki front, I just wanted
to point folks still following the discussion to Wiki-law, a
recently launched wiki aimed at becoming a comprehensive legal
resource. The content is still pretty thin, but I think that it
could end up being a valuable resource for the average person who
doesn't have access to Westlaw/Lexis and is looking for information
(Patrick, this may be of particular interest to you as I know you're
involved in putting together the jailhouse lawyers guide).
